Batuta es uno de los grandes tintos de Dirk Niepoort en el Douro. Elaborado con una mezcla de variedades –touriga franca, tinta roriz, rufete, malvazia preta y otras–, procedentes de dos preciosas viñas, Quinta do Carril y Quinta de Nápoles, plantadas hace 70 y 100 años. Batuta es el resultado de una vinificación muy respetuosa, con larguísimas maceraciones de hasta 60 días con las pieles, ligeras extracciones y una crianza de casi dos años en barricas de roble francés. Grandísima guarda. Para beber o reservar durante más de 10 años.
