Pocos vinos encontraremos por este precio que sean tan apetecibles y se disfruten tanto. Aunque, viendo la firma Ordóñez, nada nos sorprende. El pequeño Tarima es un vino muy completo: monovarietal de monastrell, uva autóctona, ofrece un color picota vivo y una lágrima densa. En nariz desprende notas de finas maderas, café, caramelo, fruta madura muy jugosa, notas minerales y balsámicas muy refrescantes, un fondo especiado y también aromas de panel de abejas y de plantas mediterráneas... La riqueza de aromas es extraordinaria y el conjunto bien ensamblado. En boca es graso, intenso, de cuerpo medio y con un retrogusto larguísimo, en el que reaparecen las notas de caramelo. Para repetir, y repetirlo: un vino muy completo. Envecido durante 6 meses en barricas de roble americano.
