Sant Antoni de Scala Dei forma parte del Proyecto Garnaches de Ricard Rofes, serie de 3 garnachas seleccionadas de diferentes fincas de suelos y alturas diferentes. Es uno de los vinos más especiales de Scala Dei, la bodega considerada cuna del Priorat. Un vino de una gran elegancia y con mucho carácter, una garnacha mediterránea, aromática y fresca, muy fresca, procedente de cepas cultivadas a 720-800 metros de altitud sobre suelos arcillo-calcáreos y con orientación este. Envejecido durante 12 meses en un solo fudre de roble de 1200 litros.
