El Penapedre es el mismo vino que también elabora Eulogio Pomares que también embotella unicamente cambiando la crianza del vino. Las uvas provienen de una finca de vides muy viejas de más de 100 años en Ribera Sacra, región para corazones fuertes y heroicos, elaborando en base a la agricultura ecológica y biodinámica. Envejece unos meses sobre sus lías en barricas de roble francés de 400 y de 500 litros usadas.
