Majestuoso, orgulloso, complejo. De color rojo rubí oscuro e impenetrable. De nariz rica e intensa con aromas a compota, ciruela, cereza, pequeñas bayas negras maduradas al sol, ruibarbo, frutas secas, vainilla. Un Amarone cálido, redondo, equilibrado, de taninos sedososo y un final afrutado y con notas tostadas a cacao y café. Un vino que acompaña muy bien las carnes de primera calidad como el ciervo o el reno, y los quesos sabrosos y ligeramente picantes. Ideal también para postres y sobremesas.
