Primera cosecha elaborada a partir de garnachas de unos 25 años de edad, cultivados bajo las premisas de la viticultura orgánica, a 700 metros de altitud, sobre suelos arcillo-arenosos. En este proyecto la bodega cuenta con la colaboración de los prestigiosos enólogos Jose Luis Chueca, artífice de las garnachas de Bodegas Alto Moncayo y Bodegas Breca, y Alistair Gardner. Envejecido durante 6 meses en barricas de roble francés.
