Plexus expresa el amplio espectro de sabores de frutos rojos de la syrah, garnacha y mourvedre y una gran estructura con un equilibrio sin fisuras y acabado largo. Técnicas de vinificación tradicionales de baja intervención se emplean con Plexus, lo que permite que el vino sea accesible en su juventud, pero también aporta un potencial de guarda a medio plazo durante 8-10 años.
