El Cuvée 3.14 proviene de las viñas centenarias de Foillard en Morgon. Fermenta con levaduras autóctonas durante 3-4 semanas, sin sulfuroso añadido. Para su crianza se deja reposar 9 meses en barricas de roble usadas. Embotellado sin filtrar. En nariz desprende recuerdos de hoja de té y cerezas negras maduras. En boca resulta firme y sabroso, con un fondo mineral terroso, casi alquitranado. Final elegante y sostenido y postgusto especiado con destellos de regaliz.
