Bufaleffj es un cru de características únicas donde crecen los viñedos de nero d'Avola. De sus 2,5 has de extensión nacen unos vinos especialmente plenos, con cuerpo, elegantes y complejos. El terreno en el que arraigan las cepas, de más de 40 años de edad, se caracteriza por una composición poco homogénea que puede observarse a simple vista en sus trazos de color: oscuro allí donde predomina la arcilla, blanco cuando destacan los componentes calizos y rojo en las vetas arenosas. El bouquet de Nero Bufaleffj es toda una delicia, con notas frutales de mora y ciruela a las que siguen otras de enebro, clavo, nuez moscada, humus e intensos recuerdos balsámicos. En boca destacan su acidez y la suavidad de sus taninos, que dan lugar a un trago placentero y agradable.
