Una Mica de Gatzara se elabora con una mezcla de tempranillo y trepat, la variedad que más se identifica con la Conca de Barberá, y nos ofrece un vino afrutado, fácil de beber y con un toque goloso que obliga a repetir. De color rubí y capa baja, respetando la esencia de las uvas que lo componen, desprende intensos aromas de fresitas frescas, flores azules y rojas y algún toque especiado en segundo plano. Una segunda vuelta a la copa y aparecen los recuerdos lácticos y de hierbas silvestres. Su boca es fina y sedosa, de taninos pulidos y muy elegantes y, por vía retronasal se atisban aromas de golosina de regaliz roja y cítricos maduros. Ligero, afrutado... se vacía la botella con una facilidad tremenda.
