La variedad bobal bien expresada y un vino equilibrado, perfumado, fresco y sabroso, ensamblaje de uvas de bobal seleccionadas de las fincas Hoya del Carmen, Fuente del Piojo y Finca los Halcones, viñedos de más de 80 años de edad, trabajados en régimen de viticultura ecológica. Parcialmente envejecido durante 8 meses en barricas de roble francés.
