Rubén Parera añade a este vino un importante porcentaje de garnacha que aporta un interesenta extra de frescor a este vino ya conocido y apreciado por su buena estructura. Elaborado a partir de cepas de cultivo ecológico certificado por el CCPAE. Pueden aparecer sedimentos debido a su respetuosa elaboración. Se recomienda abrir y decantar 1 hora antes de servir. Envejecido durante 22 meses en barricas de roble francés y americano.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
