Arborina es un cru de La Morra localizado en un terreno de suelos margosos, ricos en arcilla y arena, y con exposición al sur. Elio Altare se sirve de esta excelente ubicación y climatología para elaborar un Barolo majestuoso, todo precisión y armonía. Envejecido durante 2 años en barricas, un tercio de ellas nuevas, el vino alcanza un perfecto equilibrio entre frescura y plenitud. De color cercano al granate, en nariz emana notas de mermelada de cerezas, especias aromáticas, alquitrán, regaliz. Una amable complejidad y elegancia que encontramos de nuevo en boca, con una sedosa textura y una seductora intensidad.
