La Genuïna d'Edetària es un vino de garnacha fina (un clon específico de la Terra Alta) elaborado a partir de una selección de las mejores viñas. Las cepas están plantadas sobre suelos de costra caliza o, como se conoce en la zona, tapàs, un suelo compuesto por distintas capas de margas que en épocas pasadas yacían bajo el mar y que hoy aportan una gran complejidad a los vinos que de ellas se nutren. Un vino de carácter mediterráneo, maduro, floral, con una tanicidad dulce muy refinada y elegante.
