Boig per Tu es un buen embajador del vino del Montsant: una garnacha mediterránea, fresca y a su vez cálida, con aromas de sotobosque tales como el romero y el tomillo, muy accesible desde el primer momento, y con un importante aporte de cariñena (20%) que enriquece su mineralidad. Es también un ejemplo más de la elegancia y amabilidad a que nos tiene acostumbrados esta bodega, la finura y el buen gusto son 'marca' Joan Ignasi Domènech. Doble embajador y un vino intenso y jugoso que agradece, no obstante, una media hora de aireación. Déjenlo respirar y disfrutarán de un vino frutoso (arándanos y grosellas), enriquecido con notas de pan recién tostado, un fondo ligeramente terroso y un toque dulzón. En boca demuestra una buena estructura y profundidad y, sobre todo, un gran equilibrio. Un conjunto muy pulido y bien definido, y con una buena acidez que permite disfrutarlo ahora o en unos años, o incluso a lo largo de dos días; no se oxida fácilmente. Envejecido durante 6 meses en barricas seminuevas de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
