Un vino impresionante, elaborado con uvas de garnacha de dos parcelas con cepas muy viejas. Un vino seductor, concentrado, especiado en nariz pero también muy frutal y con notas achocolatadas. El nombre de las tres María responde al nombre de las tres parcelas: Marie Calvet, Murielle Andraud y Marylène Vauthier. Tres parcelas en las que predomina el terruño pizarroso, y algunas partes arcilloso-calcáreas. Envejecido durante 18 meses en barricas nuevas de 300 y de 600 litros de roble francés.

The production region of A.O.C. Côtes du Roussillon is located in Uno de los condados históricos del antiguo Principado de Cataluña, que corresponde aproximadamente al actual departamento de los Pirineos Orientales del sur de Francia.
