Acogido bajo la denominación Côtes du Roussillon Villages, Cuvée Constance comenzó a producirse en 2003. Se elabora en 40 ha de suelos pizarrosos, en viñas de 45 años de edad media. La vinificación es tradicional, sin clarificación ni filtrado. Envejecido durante 14 meses en depósitos de cemento.
