Cara Nord es la bodega capitaneada por Tomàs Cusiné y Xavier Cepero en la Conca de Barberà. Su personalidad viene marcada por unos magníficos viñedos en altitud situados en las montañas de Prades. Garrut está elaborado con la variedad que recibe el mismo nombre (tradicionalmente como se llama la monastrell). La mitad del vino se crió en ánforas de 500 litros y la otra mitad en barricas de roble francés. Tiene intensos aromas de frutas rojas y notas balsámicas y una boca equilibrada y con una gran frescura. Perfecto para acompañar arroces de montaña, carnes rojas y caza menor. Criado durante 6 meses, al 50% en barricas usadas de roble francés y en ánforas de 500L.
