Briego es el típico vino de la Ribera del Duero que gracias a su juventud y a su buena elaboración nos llena la copa de frambuesas, cerezas y fresas con toques de canela, vainilla y especias. Un sorbo de Briego basta para sentir la explosión de la fruta en la boca y la elegancia de la tinta fina, tan característica de la Ribera del Duero. Bodegas Briego se caracteriza por defender la tipicidad de los vinos de la zona sin renunciar por ello a la modernidad. Envejecido durante 8 meses en barricas de roble francés y americano.

The production region of D.O. Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
