Considerada la joya de la casa, en su elaboración se ha volcado toda la pasión de su propietario y el cuidado de su enólogo, Ignacio de Miguel. Un vino que conjuga tradición y artesanía con las más modernas técnicas. La uva procede de viñas muy viejas, de muy bajos rendimientos. Envejecido durante 14 en barricas de roble francés y americano.

Vino de la Tierra de Castilla is located in La comunidad autónoma de Castilla-La Mancha, España, en la parte central de la península ibérica, ocupando la mayor parte de la submeseta sur y formada por 919 municipios que integran las provincias de Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, Guadalajara y Toledo.
