Albert Jané elabora su Auditori con uva de viejas garnachas de 60-70 años de edad procedentes de tres pequeños viñedos. Los suelos pobres, pedregosos y de textura arcillosa-arenosa, y una añada idílica tras años de calor y sequía, permitieron obtener producciones muy bajas y una uva perfectamente madurada y de gran concentración. El resultado, un vino delicado, frutal, complejo y perfumado desgraciadamente con pocas botellas en el mercado. Fermentación maloláctica en barrica. Envejecido durante 13 meses en barricas de un vino de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
