Elaborado a partir de viejas garnachas de más de 70 años de edad, cultivadas a 750 metros de altitud sobre suelos arenoso-graniticos, en la parcela El Canto de las Brujas, en el término de San Martín de Valdeiglesias. Envejecido durante 15 meses en barricas de roble.
