Castell d'Encús Saktih es la última novedad de Raül Bobet, fruto de su investigación con variedades de Burdeos. En palabras de Bobet, se trata de un vino que se debate entre la acidez y los taninos, cualidades muy presentes en la petit verdot, la variedad principal del ensamblaje, que se completa con una pincelada de cabernet sauvignon. Un vino que ha fermentado con levaduras naturales en un lagar de piedra de 1 m2 datado en el siglo XII.
