La familia Devillard (Domaine des Perdrix, Château de Chamirey y Domaine de la Garenne en Bourgogne) adquirió en 2018 Domaine Rolet, una de las propiedades históricas del Jura. Con 65 hectáreas de viñas propias en Arbois, Côtes du Jura, l'Étoile y Château-Chalon, y una larga tradición desde mediados del siglo pasado, sus vinos no harán más que mejorar. Mientras esperamos los cambios –que llegarán con las próximas cosechas– podemos disfrutar de una magnífica poulsard con 34 años que acaban de comercializar. Domaine Rolet Arbois es una belleza reposada. En nariz es complejo, refinado y seductor, con delicadas notas de frutas rojas como las cerezas y las fresas con toques de naranja seca y especias dulces como el clavo y la canela. En boca tiene volumen y una textura sedosa con unos taninos totalmente fundidos con el conjunto y una elegancia estructurada unida a una frescura sorprendente.
