Las uvas proceden de 5 parcelas distintas del pueblo Real de San Vicente en el Valle del Tiétar. Las cepas están plantadas sobre suelos de granito y arenas, que suman un total de 4,5 hectáreas con una edad media de 65 años. Una deliciosa garnacha fragante y fresca.
