Las uvas son escogidas de nuestros viñedos de menor producción en base a su potencial de maduración y capacidad de envejecimiento para elaborar este Gran Reserva. Fermentado, con levaduras autóctonas, a baja temperatura al inicio para terminar a 30ºC. Fermentación maloláctica en barricas de roble francés de 1 año y posterior crianza de 24 meses en barrica antes del embotellado. Guardado en la bodega durante 5 años antes de su comercialización

The production region of D.O. Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
