Tras años de exhaustivo trabajo y excelentes resultados, Propiedad de Arínzano ha sido la primera propiedad del norte de España en recibir el reconocimiento de Vino de Pago, la máxima categoría que puede obtener un vino en España y superior, incluso, a la Denominación de Origen Calificada. Con esta denominación, la bodega demuestra las cualidades únicas de su terroir y de su producción, de su clima, su geología y sus viñedos. Gran Vino de Arínzano es un tinto granate profundo y poco evolucionado que ofrece en nariz aromas intensos, complejos y sutiles. Expresivo, vivo y muy joven, predominan sus notas minerales y empireumáticas (leña, tinta china...), especiadas (clavo, canela, nuez moscada) y a fruta negra y roja (guinda). De entrada amable y paso de boca in crescendo sobre unos taninos muy sabrosos y expresivos. Final potente con recuerdos a su mineralidad. Envejecido durante 14 meses en barricas de roble francés 40% nuevas y resto de segundo vino.
