Vino tinto seleccionado a partir de uvas tempranillo procedentes de viñas de más de 40 años, vendimiadas a mano y elaborado por el método tradicional. Elaboración por fermentación alcohólica controlada a temperaturas de 26ªC-28ºC en depósitos de acero inoxidable con remontados durante 10 días y fermentación maloláctica en tinas de roble americano. Reposa 18 meses en barricas de roble francés y americano de las mejores tonelerías. Se obtiene un vino de color rojo picota con ribetes marrones anaranjados. Aromas a frutas negras maduras del bosque, tostados, trufa y vainilla. Redondo y carnoso, con taninos dulces, con notas a caramelo, ciruela pasa y recuerdos mantecosos. Perfecto para acompañar con asados, carnes rojas, caza menor o mayor y especialmente entrecot a la brasa. Envejecido durante 18 meses: 9 meses en barricas de roble francés y 9 meses más en barricas de roble americano. Posteriormente, 12 meses más en botella, hasta su comercialización.

Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
