Corral del Obispo son sólo 25.000 excelsas botellas de vino de la variedad mencía procedente de viñedos de 60 a 90 años, plantados en vaso en el municipio berciano de Valtuille. Con la influencia atlántica se obtiene un rico vinazo, simplemente espectacular. La fermentación es mixta, entre madera e inoxidable, y envejece durante unos meses en barrica para hacerlo más redondo y gustoso. Corral del Obispo son zarzamoras, violetas, un vino fino y delicado. En boca es fresco, redondo, frutal, sabroso y jugoso; frutas negras del bosque (regaliz), con un ligero recuerdo a caza animal. Exquisito y fácil de beber. Envejecido durante 4 meses en barricas de roble francés.
