Este vino está elaborado siguiendo un concepto innovador consistente en aplicar frío al mosto antes de la fermentación, la cual se realizada a temperatura controlada, efectuándose una corta maceración. Seguidamente tiene lugar la fermentación maloláctica en barricas, y a continuación, una corta crianza. El resultado es un tinto joven, diferente, lleno de alegría y que nos vuelve a demostrar que las últimas tecnologías ayudan a elaborar vinos cada día más ricos y elegantes. Envejecido durante 2 meses en barricas de roble centroeuropeo.
