La Amistad es un vino de cultivo orgánico, sin adición de herbicidas ni productos de síntesis, y vinificado en tinajas de barro. La bodega de Rafa Bernabé es pionera en la utilización de este tipo de recipientes, que permiten ofrecer vinos suaves, accesibles, vinos para disfrutar y muy gastronómicos. La Amistad es un tinto de apariencia rosada, rubí, elaborado con uvas cultivadas sobre suelos calcáreos con guijarros, a 700 metros de altitud. Se elabora exclusivamente con la variedad rojal y fermenta y se cría durante cuatro meses en barro. Luce brillante, distinguido, con la tranquilidad de quien se sabe honesto y noble. En nariz es un cesto de frutas silvestres, flores (violetas) e hinojo. El barro deja su huella tanto en lo olfativo como en lo gustativo, dotando al paladar de cierta granulosidad. Fresco, elegante y personal, un vino que encaja perfectamente con el sentir de la amistad: versátil, fácil de comprender y difícil de olvidar. Vinificado en tinajas de barro.
