Nada como el otoño para apreciar todo el esplendor del Langhe: los tonos bronces, rojos y dorados de sus viñedos, Elaborado a partir de una uva completamente madura que es cosechada a mano en la primera quincena de octubre, su jugo es fermentado en depósitos de acero durante un mes para luego envejecer durante dos años en barricas de roble. De un brillante color rojo granate muy propio de la variedad nebbiolo, en nariz muestra toda su elegancia y personalidad con notas de frutos rojos, especias y pétalos de rosa. En boca permite disfrutar de un vino de tanicidad marcada, pero refinadamente sabroso y equilibrado. Puede optar por consumirlo dentro de unos años o disfrutar de él ya mismo acompañando, entre otros, platos con trufa y risottos.
