Vino elaborado con la variedad estaladiña, variedad autóctona del Bierzo. Sus viñedos, de más de 25 años de edad, están situados en la población de Cacabelos, a 540 metros de altitud. La uva, tras su vendimia manual, selección, despalillado, y estrujado, pasa directamente a las barricas donde estará unos 10 meses, hasta su posterior embotellado sin filtración. Estaladilla se etiqueta como vino de mesa. Envejecido durante 10 meses en barricas de roble.
