Bazuqueos manuales diarios Fermentación maloláctica en noviembre-diciembre, en las mismas barricas ya en posición horizontal. Crianza durante 24 meses en barrica nuevas de roble francés grano muy fino. Clarificación con clara de huevo. Embotellado y crianza en la misma durante más de una año. Producción exclusiva de 1.096 botellas y 32 magnum.

The production region of D.O. Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
