Este vino es un homenaje a ellos, quienes, a través de relatos y dibujos, dieron carácter universal a esta bella ciudad. La Encina del Inglés es una mezcla de garnacha y syrah, procedentes uvas que nacen rodeadas de encinas centenarias a una altitud de 600-900 metros, y envejecido en grandes tinos de roble. Envejecido durante 6 meses en tinas de 60 Hl de roble francés.
