El vino estrella de la bodega: ensamblaje de cabernet y syrah procedentes de pequeñas parcelas con una densidad de plantación alta situadas a 850 m. de altitud. Un vino con elevado contenido tánico: realiza la fermentación maloláctica en barricas nuevas de roble y permanece en ellas durante 10 meses. Tras un breve periodo de homogeneización en depósito, se deja envejecer nuevamente en barricas nuevas de roble francés durante otros 10 meses y 10 más en botella. Se recomienda decantar. Fermentado en barrica de roble nuevas (10 meses) y envejecido durante 10 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés. Posteriormente reposado en botella durante otros 12 meses.
