Una cuvée especial, para la que se seleccionan las mejores uvas de garnacha (70%) y syrah, de unos viñedos cuya edad media se sitúa en los 60 años, cepas plantadas sobre suelos arcilloso-calcáreos (garnacha) y de granito (syrah). Y un vino potente a la vez que amable y fresco, un vino con una gran concentración frutal y una refinada estructura. Envejecido durante 18 meses en barricas borgoñonas (228 l.), barricas de 300 l, demi-muids nuevos y de un vino.
