De capa media y nariz dominada por los aromas de grosellas y hierba, con las cerezas y las especias de fondo. La entrada es fluida y el paso muy equilibrado; ácido, sí, pero amabilizado por un tacto sedoso, casi láctico. Las flores y un toque goloso de frutos rojos nos acompañan hacia una salida fresca y elegante con recuerdos de bosque y regaliz. Envejecido durante 30 meses en barricas de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
