La Cuvée du Chat es la propuesta más fresca de Jean-Claude Chanudet y Marie Lapierre, impulsores de los vinos naturales en Beaujolais, región que se extiende al sur de Bourgogne. Está elaborado con gamay de una parcela de 2,5 hectáreas plantada en 1945. Boca fina y voluminosa, con una textura sedosa y un recuerdo final de fruta roja, cítricos y flores. Un Beaujolais complejo que irá ganando en matices y profundidad durante los próximos 5 años en botella.

The production region of A.O.C. Beaujolais is located in La región de Beaujolais.
