Los vinos de Catena Zapata ofrecen el excelente resultado de combinar lotes de viñedos distintos, aunque de un mismo varietal, en los que la variedad de suelos y de microclimas de las distintas altitudes en las que se cultivan permiten desarrollar perfiles aromáticos y de sabor ricamente variados. Vinos, como este 100% malbec, con un carácter excepcional, equilibrado y concentrado. Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés (70%), un 20% de la cuales, nuevas, y americano (30%), nuevas todas ellas.
