Elaborado con uva mencía de cepas centenarias plantadas sobre suelos pizarrosos en laderas pronunciadas a 600 m. de altitud, Valtuille es el vino más especial de la bodega de Raúl Pérez, todo un Bierzo y un vino de gran calidad, concentrado y mineral. Se recomienda decantar antes de servir. Envejecido durante 11 meses en barricas de roble francés.
