Este vino es una creación personal del enólogo de la bodega, Isidro Fernández Bello, como homenaje a su padre Nemesio Fernández Bruña, quien ha dedicado su vida a poner en valor una forma única de entender la viticultura en El Bierzo, bajo el respeto al terroir, al entorno y con una manera de elaboración artesanal y sin prisas. Envejecido, sobre sus lías, durante 18 meses en barricas de roble francés.
