La syrah se está implantando en todo el sureste, vista su buena adaptación al clima, y este Valtosca resulta uno de los vinos más logrados de los que allá se producen con este varietal. José María Vicente, responsable técnico de la bodega, ha conseguido transmitir perfectamente a este vino el carácter de la tierra y su clima. Consistente y cálido destaca por su mineralidad y complejidad. Envejecido durante 10 meses en barrica.
