El Trepat Novell de Carles Andreu está elaborado por maceración carbónica con uvas seleccionadas de la variedad trepat, autóctona de la zona. Un vino que nos acerca al viñedo, ligero, frutal y lleno de vida. Perfecto como aperitivo o para acompañar quesos y embutidos o, como gusta decir a la bodega, un vino de otoño para hacer más llevadero el invierno. Se recomienda dejarlo unos 30 minutos en la nevera y servir fresco.
