Elaboradas a partir de viñedos con edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 40 años. Se recomienda decantar antes de servir para abrir aromas y evitar posibles residuos.
La historia de Ca N'Estruc se remonta al siglo XVI. La finca está situada en la ladera de la montaña de Montserrat, en el término municipal de Esparreguera. En 1984 se embotelló el vino de la finca por primera vez y en los años 90, Siscu Martí, actual propietario, decidió reorientar las elaboraciones. Fue un punto de inflexión con cambios en el sistema de elaboración, realizando una profunda reconversión de la viña con nuevas plantaciones y con las variedades que mejor se adaptaban a la zona. L'Equilibrista está elaborado con un 55% de garnacha, un 35% de samsó (cariñena) y un 10% de syrah, de viñas entre 18 y 40 años. Un tinto de buena guarda para disfrutar con carnes a la parrilla, arroces, legumbres y setas de primavera. Envejecido durante 14 meses en barricas nuevas, de tostado medio, de roble francés.
