La Guinardera es el resultado de tan sólo 2 ha de la finca del mismo nombre, localizada en Gratallops, Priorat. Es el único vino de la bodega, por el momento, y está vinificado al 100% con garnacha, la variedad más identificativa del Priorato, perfecta para transmitir el terroir de licorella. La Guinardera sorprende magníficamente en nariz: aparecen en primer plano unos curiosos perfumes de melocotón y orejones, bien marcados, algo típico en los vinos blancos botritizados, seguido de notas de violetas, tomillo y regaliz. Es una aromática que, a ciegas, perfectamente podría confundirnos y pensar que se trata de un vino blanco. Su boca es desbordante en acidez y mineralidad: cerramos los ojos y obtenemos las mismas sensaciones que al degustar un Tokaji de furmint late harvest. La Guinardera, una garnacha particular. Para la crianza se emplean barricas seminuevas, con un controlado aporte tánico. La madera totalmente nueva dominaría la estructura y aromas del vino.

Priorat is located in La región del Priorato (Priorat), situada en la provincia de Tarragona, España, y reconocida con la máxima calidad al ser denominación de origen calificada. Es una zona montañosa, de origen volcánico, y con laderas escarpadas, de manera que se cultiva la viña en las características terrazas.
