Este es el vino top de la bodega Arrayán en Santa Cruz del Retamar. En él conjugan todas sus virtudes las variedades mejor adaptadas a la zona que fueron seleccionadas en su día por el experto australiano Richard Smart y que se vinifican hoy con el asesoramiento de todo un referente en la enología española como Miguel Ángel de Gregorio. El resultado es un tinto complejo y elegante, en el que la fruta y los aromas tostados derivados de la barrica se dan la mano en perfecta armonía; sin duda un tinto Premium. Envejecido durante 14 meses en barricas de roble francés. Posterior reposo de 18 meses en botella.

The production region of D.O. Méntrida is located in El norte de la provincia de Toledo, en España, en los terrenos situados entre el río Tajo en su margen derecho y la sierra de Gredos. Regada por el río Alberche, incluye 51 municipios teniendo como centro de la denominación, la localidad de Méntrida, y como sede la localidad de Fuensalida.
