La gama Pasionado, de Andeluna, se elabora sólo en las mejores cosechas, como todo gran vino, y a partir de uvas cuidadosamente cosechadas a mano de parcelas de bajo rendimiento (menos de 4500 kg/ha), con suelos aluvionales, arenosos y permeables, a 1300 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Un vino de color rojo intenso, con aromas de frutos rojos maduros propios de la malbec, notas especiadas de cabernet y merlot, y un toque de anís aportado por la cabernet franc. Un coupage aromático para un vino maduro y redondo.
