El incansable Xurxo Alba se propuso elaborar un vino tinto en de las montañas de la Ribeira Sacra, concretamente en La Chantada, la zona más fresca de la Ribeira. El resultado: un vino desnudo y sin madera, fresco y sedoso de suelos graníticos. Reposa sobre sus lías entre 4 y 6 meses en depósitos de acero inoxidable.
