Salia es un interesantísimo vino para descubrir Manchuela, esta reciente Denominación de Origen con tremendo potencial a caballo entre Albacete y Cuenca. Su intensa y atractiva nariz, su paso por boca corpulento y goloso a la vez que fresco y su larga persistencia, nos permiten afirmar que nos encontramos ante una buena interpretación de un vino "moderno". Envejecido durante 11 meses en barricas de roble francés.
